Conference fees and participation

To participate in the EMC Europe 2016 Wroclaw please create an acount in the On-line conference system and proceed registration process. Finaly pay the conference fee using bank transfer or credit card.

Due to the high interest in conference participation observed in a last days and a limited number of attendees of associated social events, the registration of EMC Europe 2016 participants registration will be available until August 5, 2016

1) Regular rand reduced registration fee covers: Oral sessions, posters sessions, exhibition, workshops and tutorials participation, Symposium electronic Proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, one Welcome Cocktail ticket and one Symposium Banquet ticket, conference bag, pass for public transport, pass for cable-car, badge and lanyard.

2) Student's registration fee covers: : Oral sessions, posters sessions, exhibition, workshops and tutorials participation, Symposium CDRom Proceedings, lunches and coffee breaks, one Welcome Cocktail ticket, conference bag, pass for public transport, pass for cable-car, badge and lanyard. 3) Accompanying person's fee includes: one Welcome Cocktail ticket and one Symposium Banquet ticket, badge and lanyard.

4) Single day participant's fee covers: Oral sessions, posters sessions, exhibition participation, Symposium CDRom Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunch, conference bag, pass for public transport, pass for cable-car, badge and lanyard.

5) Workshops and Tutorials participant - This category is dedicated for person who would like to participate in Workshops and tutorials organized on Monday September 5, 2016 as well as Thursday September 8, 2016 and Friday September 9, 2016. It is possibl
Please note that particpation in Workshops and Tutorials is for free for symposium participants who paid regular or reduced fee as well as student's fee.
The corresponding fee includes: participation in workshops and tutorials only, lunches and coffee breaks (Monday, Thursday and Friday),pass for public transport and cable-car, badge and lanyard.

All participants are obligated to write VAT ID number of their companies or note that they aren't in possession this number ("Remark of Participant " in 2 step of participant registration). VAT ID is necessary to issue the invoice.

To include paper in the symposium program and to publish in the Symposium Proceedings, the author or at least one of co-authors of the paper has to complete formal registration procedure via Symposium on-line Conference System and has to pay the Symposium fee before the deadline for final paper submission - ~~May 16, 2016~~ May 23, 2016.

There are possibilities to reduce the conference fees for limited number of participants. If you have to reduce the conference fee to participate in the symposium or workshops and tutorials, please send to the organizersyour request with the reasons for application.

Regarding numerous inquiries we wish to inform that Polish participants should make their payments in Polish Zlotys (PLN).
The Organizing Committee have resolved to accept the following exchange rate: 1 EUR = 4,2452 (according to the Exchange 065/A/NBP/2016 dated from 5th April, 2010) which will be valid throughout the promotion period, i.e. till 31^th May 2016 (inclusive).
Conference fees in Polish zloty, which are corresponding to the mentioned exhange rate has been presented in table below.

PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION TERMS

Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.

Refund of payment in case of registration cancellation is provided in folowwing cases:

cancellation done before May 30, 2016: 80% of payment
cancellation before July 31, 2016: 50% of payment
cancellation after August 1, 2016 refunding will not be proceeded

CREDIT CARD PAYMENT

If you use the credit card option, an appropriate form is automatically generated by the system at the end of the registration process. Please, print the, sign it and send to us by fax: +48-71-3223473.
For additional procedures please follow the on-screen instructions. Please take into account that the credit card's payment requires about 5 days to be confirmed by out card provider.

OFFICIAL RECEIPT/ INVOICE

Official Receipt of EMC Europe 2016 Conference will be handed to you during the registration at the reception desk in September. Polish participants receive their invoice up to 10 working days after payment.
