Guidelines for Final Paper Preparation and Submission
Notification of acceptance will be send to the authors on April 18, 2016 with request for preparation and uploading PDF file with final camera-ready paper (4 up to 6 full pages). Final paper shall be created taking into account reviewer’s recommendations and using IEEE template for conferences (available above or at IEEE Manuscript Templates for Conference Proceedings.) .
Please note that detailed typesetting instructions for final papers are the same as for preliminary contribution.
According to the new IEEE Xplore Requirements for PDF, all conference articles submitted for inclusion in IEEE Xplore must adhere to the IEEE Xplore PDF specification for compatibility. To this aim, IEEE PDF eXpress must be used to assure the compatibility with IEEE requirements.
Before conversion source document to pdf format, author shall add the copyright notice to the bottom of the first page of your source document and proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.
It should be one of the following copyright notices at the bottom left on the first page your paper:

MSWord users can use: 'Insert' -> 'Text box', insert the appropriate copyright notice in the texbox, and place the box (without border) at the bottom left on the first page.
Latex users can add following lines just before \begin{document} for the copyright notice to show up (shown below as an example for the fourth case above):

To attain IEEE Xplore -compatible PDF use the
IEEE PDF eXpress tool (http://www.pdf-express.org) for conversion source file (DOC, LaTeX) or PDF for checking.
For file conversion please create an IEEE PDF eXpress account using Conference ID:
35796X. Extensive instructions, resources, helpful hints, and access to technical support are on this site ((http://www.pdf-express.org).
IEEE PDF eXpress tool will be available till May 31, 2016.
Upload final, IEEE Xplore-compatible PDF using the EMC EUROPE 2016 conference system (www.conftool.com/EMCEurope2016/) .
After login in conference system you must select select ”Your Submissions” and click on “Submit a Full Paper for EMC Europe 2016” and fill in all requested information. Please make sure to enter information for all authors.
Final paper submissions, including copyright notice at the bottom left on the first page your paper , are expected not later than May 23, 2016 June 05, 2016. Please take into account that we work to a tight submission reviewing schedule and production schedule of the Symposium Proceedings and therefore deadline is hard and does not subject to negotiations.
IEEE Copyright: IEEE policy requires that prior to publication all authors or their employers must transfer to the IEEE in writing any copyright they hold for their individual papers. The IEEE e-copyright form feature is enabled in conference system. It should be noted that the author must sign the IEEE Copyright Form to transfer ownership of the copyright rights in the work to the IEEE. Without signing the IEEE Copyright Form, the paper will be not published on the IEEE Digital Library.
Author can start this process selecting in conference system "Your Submissions" and then "Electronic Copyright Form". After clicking on "Submit Contribution Details to IEEE to Start the Signing Process" you will be linked on the IEEE Electronic Copyright Form web pages that you must interactively compile. Deadline is 2 weeks before conference.

For every paper, the electronic IEEE Copyright Form needs to be signed when the final paper is submitted.
Please note that IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented either orally or as a poster at the conference.
Guidelines for speakers and poster presenters
Each paper assigned to oral session is allowed for 20 minutes presentation (including about 3 minutes for discussion). In oral sessions with 4 presented papers it is possible to extend the presentation time up to 25 minutes.
A video projector and computer (MS Power Point and Acrobat reader) are available for presentation in each room. The use of personal notebooks has to be announced in advance before the session to the technician in each session room.
Only presentation on CD-ROMs or pen drives are accepted.
To avoid any technical problems authors who submitted contribution are requested to upload their presentations to the conference system. Please log in the conference system upload presentation as a
second file using "Final upload" option till September 1, 2016 (Thursday) . If you find any problem with uploading presentation to the conference system please send it to the organizers (emceurope@pwr.wroc.pl).
All submitted presentations will be checked and loaded to the computers in session room. Only *.ppt and *.pptx (Microsoft Power Point), pdf and *.opt (Open Office) formats are allowed.
All videos or animations in the presentation must run automatically!
If preparing your presentation in PowerPoint, please use the following versions only: PP 97-2003 and 95 (*.ppt) or 2007, 2010 to guarantee it will be opened successfully on an on-site PC. We recommend you to save your PowerPoint presentation using PPT format instead of PPS.
Authors must meet their session chairman in the room at least 15 minutes before the beginning of the session. Each speaker must give a short biography to the chairman and load the presentation in the computer if did not send it before to the organizers.

Important Information for Poster Presentations
When preparing the poster, presenters should have in mind the objective of capturing the interest of attendees to the work that is being presented. The quality of the presentation stimulates the attention from the audience, and improves the overall satisfaction of the community attending the conference. Use an appropriate font size allowing posters to be readable by delegates 1.5 m away.
The poster message should be clear and understandable without oral explanation.
Each poster board will be marked with the poster ID-number, which can be found in the conference programme.
Authors are required to use only the boards corresponding to their posters.
Poster presenters have to hang up their poster on the day of their presentation 15 minutes before poster session.
The authors will need to stay personally just during their poster session and to remove their posters from the boards after the poster session. Posters left on the boards after the poster sessions, will not be returned by the organisers.
Posters should be fixed to the poster board using removable stripes which will be provided on site.
The display area has the following obligatory maximum dimensions: 90 cm wide and 150 cm high (portrait only).
We recommend producing a poster in A0 size (approx. 84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm high).
