EMC Europe conference and Wroclaw International Symposium on EMC in 2010
will be organized together in Wroclaw, Poland
under the auspices of
Dr Hamadoun I. Touré
Secretary-General of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU)
In 2010 we will celebrate 20 th edition
of Wroclaw EMC Symposium and joining of these both conferences
into one the bigest international EMC conference in European
Community. The intent of this conference is to
bring together those working in the field of EMC as well as spectrum management, monitoring and congestion from European
countries and from the countries of other parts of the world
and create an excellent forum for useful contacts and
exchange of scientific and technical
information between researchers and practicing
engineers from academia, research laboratories, industry and
government agencies. The symposium gives the unique
possibility to present the progress and results of their work
and to exchange ideas, discuss different points of view and
share experiences with colleagues involved in electromagnetic compatibility of devices and systems spectrum management, monitoring and congestion.
The Symposium
will be held in a 750 years old town of Wroclaw , Poland, a
friendly European historical city with dozens of historical
and cultural places. The Symposium will be hosted and
organized by the Wroclaw University of
Technology.
The EMC Europe 2010 will be be accompanied by:
- Workshops and tutorials - organized on 13th and 17th September 2010
- Young Scientists' Programme on EMC in Aerospace Systems - organizad on the 13th and 14th September 2010 by High Intensity Radiated Field - Synthetic Environment (HIRF-SE) project funded by EU FP7
- The panel on Efficient Use of the Spectrum/Orbit Resource as well as workshop on the ITU IMT-Advanced Evaluation Process, Implementation of ITU GE06 Agreement for Digital Broadcasting, and ITU WRC-12 Preparatory Activities is organized by ITU on 15th September 2010
- Technical exhibition on EMC and RF/microwave measurements and instrumentation - organized from 14th to 16th September 2010
- EMC experiments and measurement techniques - presented on 15th September after lunch
